About Us
Lisa Vuich, MD
Dr. Vuich is the founder and medical director of Renew MediSpa and a nationally recognized leader in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1988 and her M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1992. She completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA (a University of Massachusetts affiliate) in 1995, serving as Chief Medical Resident from 1995 to 1996.
In 2005 she launched Renew MediSpa, currently one of New Hampshire’s largest medical spas and a winner of the distinguished “Best of the Best Spas in New Hampshire” award every year for 11 years.
Through the Renew MediSpa Training Institute she provides hands-on training in advanced injection and regenerative procedures for physicians, nurses, and dentists across the U.S. In 2024 she also launched Aesthetic Injector Resource, a growing library of online training courses she has written to help providers gain the skills necessary to excel in the field.
She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
She has been an invited speaker at medical conferences in the U.S. and internationally. Her clinical expertise includes advanced facial rejuvenation techniques, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies, vaginal rejuvenation procedures, and low-intensity shockwave therapy for male and female sexual dysfunction. She is additionally involved in clinical research in the field of sexual dysfunction, looking at the role of platelet rich plasma as well as energy-based devices in the treatment of vaginal atrophy, lichen sclerosis, and stress urinary incontinence.

Victor Pena, NP
Victor joined Renew MediSpa in 2019. He is originally from the Dominican Republic, where he earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo. After practicing medicine in the Dominican Republic, he moved to the United States and obtained his RN. He also completed his Nurse Practitioner degree and boards in 2024.
At Renew MediSpa he specializes in RF Microneedling (Morpheus8), Sofwave skin tightening, Laser Services, Platelet Rich Plasma Procedures, IV Infusions, Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers, and all Men’s Sexual Wellness Services including consultations (Gainswave, P-Shot (PRP procedure), Botulinum Toxin Penile Injection, and Testosterone Optimization).
